His diverse experience, from operational leadership to system-wide strategy, has provided him with a deep understanding of the challenges and opportunities across emergency health services, allowing him to bridge frontline realities with organizational priorities.
Throughout his career, Les has led complex healthcare operations, including the development and enhancement of Air Medical Coordination Centres, oversight of emergency dispatch and clinical programs, and the implementation of quality improvement initiatives designed to strengthen patient outcomes and operational performance. He is recognized for his collaborative leadership style and his ability to bring people together to build innovative, sustainable solutions that improve care delivery and system effectiveness.
