The PCC Board of Directors is proposing changes to two sections of the Bylaws pertaining to an Executive role and revising the terms of two regional Board seats.
Article V – Executive roles
Past President – requested change from only the immediate past President can assume this role to;
The Past President role will be assumed by the immediate Past President. If the immediate Past President declines holding the position, the position will be offered to the previous Past President. If that Past President declines to assume that position, then it shall remain vacant until the next Presidency change.
Article IV – Governance/Terms:
Adjust the terms of two regional seats in 2026 to start a new three-year cycle. This is to ensure all Board seats are aligned with a rotating cycle.
PCC Voting members will have the opportunity to vote on these changes on June 11th, 2025 via electronic means.
