Thank you for participating in the nominations for the 2025 PCC Board of Directors seats.
Nominations are now closed for all Board vacancies.
We are pleased to share with you that for the Board of Director seats below, one individual was nominated for the seat and therefore is elected by acclamation.
- British Columbia – Jennie Helmer, COO, BC Emergency Health Services
- Manitoba – Ryan Sneath, Deputy Chief, Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service
- Nova Scotia – Gord Peckham, Vice President, Operations – Emergency Medica Care/EHS
- Saskatchewan – Gerry Schriemer, COO, Medavie Health Services West
- Prince Edward Island – Darcy Clinton, Director of Operations, Medavie Health Services
- Yukon – Ryan Soucy, Acting Chief of EMS, Yukon EMS
- Atlantic Region – Matthew Spidel, Regional Director, PEI Operations, Medavie Health Services
The Central regional seat, the Prairie regional seat, and the Western regional seat received more than one nomination and therefore an election is required.
Central Regional seat nominees:
- Marc-Andre Periard, Paramedic Chief and Emergency Services Director for the United Counties of Prescott and Russell
- Marc Goudie, Paramedic Chief, Frontenac Paramedic Services
Prairie Regional seat nominees:
- Anne MacDonald, Executive Director, EMS Provincial Operations, Alberta Health Services
- Tom Wallace, Deputy Chief, Winnipeg Fire Paramedic Service
- Darren Sandbeck, CAO, Bonnyville Regional Fire Authority
Western Regional seat nominees:
- Kimberley Porter, Acting Deputy Chief, Yukon EMS
- Paul Vallely, Chief Quality, Planning & Coordination Officer, BC Emergency Health Services
PCC Tier 1 voting members will receive an email shortly with instructions on how to cast their vote.
Upon completion of the elections and once the PCC Board of Directors is confirmed, nominations will open for the Executive roles of Secretary, Treasurer, and President.
