Canadian Paramedic Research Day (CanPRd)

Registration is now open for the fifth annual Canadian Paramedicine Research Day (CanPRD).

Partnering with the Paramedic Chiefs of Canada and supported by Stryker, CanPRD is a free, online conference organized by paramedics for paramedics. It showcases both original research and recent advances relevant to frontline providers.

The conference will take place on May 21, 2026, from 1000 – 1700 (Eastern) / 0800 – 1500 (Mountain). Recordings of all sessions will be available until the end of 2026 for everyone who registers before the conference.

Registrants receive a certificate of attendance (whether viewing on the day or recordings) that can be used for Continuing Medication Education credits in many jurisdictions (check with local regulators).

Paramedic Services Week ‘Improving Outcomes, Together’ May 17-23, 2026

Improving Outcomes, Together extends beyond medicine. It’s a collective responsibility that involves investing in the people behind the care with fair pay, safe staffing levels, mental health resources, leadership that listens and acts, and opportunities for professional growth. This week, we recognize the people behind the patch and reaffirm our commitment, as partners and communities, to Improving Outcomes, Together.
