PCC/EMSCC Merchandise Purchases

With all new purchases of PCC/EMSCC products we offer a 30 day money back guarantee. If you are in any way unhappy with your purchase then you can request a refund at any time within 30 days of your purchase. All refunds are subject to our standard refunds policy, below. This guarantee is not available for membership purchases/dues.

PCC Conference Registration(s)

Delegate and vendor registration refund requests will be reviewed on a case by case basis and we reserve the right to decline a refund for any reason.

PCC Membership Payments

Online membership payments and new membership application payments are non-refundable. Your membership is a yearly fee that will automatically renew at the end of your term.  If you DO NOT want your membership to renew automatically you will need to contact us to let us know in writing so we can make the necessary modifications.

Refund Policy

If you feel you require a refund (the order was made by mistake, etc) you may request the refund by clicking the link below. We review all refund requests on a case-by-case basis and reserve the right to decline any refund for any reason.

If a refund is approved, depending upon how you made the original payment, your refund will be credited to your credit card.

Under almost any circumstances, we will not provide a refund after 30 days have passed from the order date.
